This is a big hotel that runs like a well oiled machine. The onsen is great, the rooms are decent size (for Japan) and the service is friendly and helpful. Lovely amenities too both at the onsen and in room.
No shoes allowed in the hotel which adds to the cleanliness. Socks are supplied as are pajamas which everyone wears so you feel very much like you're part of the hotel community.
Lots of free stuff thrown in like late night ramen, ice lollies, washing machines, massage chairs.
Breakfast is amazing - huge selection of Japanese breakfast options to choose from and nothing ever runs out.
Luggage transport service was also taken care of - my bag was waiting for me when I checked in.
Loved this hotel.

As a Family of 3 we loved everything in this Hotel. The Kingsize bed was really comfortable and had enough space for all 3 of us. It was also very convenient to have a convenience store which was open 24/7 and could be accessed directly from the Hotel.
The Public Bath was a huge plus. We would definitely come again here

Location was a few minutes walk to Kyoto Station where you had access to the metro and a number of bus routes.
The room was tidy with comfortable beds and facilities and the breakfast was a highlight.
