We were in Cross Hotel for 4 nights and everything was perfect. The room was cosy, the bed was big and spatious and everything was very clean. The location is perfect. Breakfast is more of a western type, but we found it delicious.

Good vibes at the moment when we arrived. Check in was a breeze, staff was super friendly, and the decor is modern and attractive - made me feel excited about staying there! I really loved staying at Piece Sanjo - the location is excellent, it had good restaurants, cafes, and shopping streets within walking distance. I'd definitely return.

the room and bathroom are beautifully appointed and smartly laid out. lots of space and super clean. The staff were all so helpful and courteous! they kindly listened to and helped with every request. location is perfect - it’s in a very trendy part of Kyoto with lots of cool shops to browse, and great restaurants, and the main attractions were walkable or just a short cycle or train ride away. there’s also a really great bike rental place right around the corner (Good day velo). There’s a really nice communal kitchen/lounge area and coin laundry machines, which we used twice during our stay - very helpful for our long travels!

Cosy lobby with tea/ coffee and terrace for people watching.
Ample room, perfect for a family of 3. Good beds!
Location, location, location. Within 10 min walk you find Nishiki market, Gion, malls, arcades, plenty of cafes, restaurants, street stalls, temples and metro/ bus stops to take you anywhere.

AMAZING location! A short walk to Nishiki market and everything else is in walking distance. Room was spacious and had everything we needed, staff were lovely. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in Kyoto!
