the property is really near to the Arashimaya (Hankyu) station. The staff is really really friendly he guided us around the area, and even helped us to carry the luggage to 2nd floor. On the day we left, it was raining heavily, and he even gave us an umbrella for both of us as we do not have 1. The room and facilities are extremely clean and comfortable! Highly recommended for everyone!
