Very personable with great breakfast, the location is so close to the slopes with ski holding facilities right at the door. Family who run the house are lovely. We would return in an instant. We had two rooms, a triple and a double, the triple was split across two floors with loads of room, the double had a small sofa and plenty of room for all our bags. The setup is also very accommodating for families as well: the communal dining area is available in the evening to rest in and eat any take out food and drink. Excellent value for money and perfect for our family.

Full on ski in ski out.
Incredibly diverse dinner and breakfast buffet although just having dinner there once or max twice is plenty enough as there are other places around.
Easy parking lot, great rooms that all have a view. Quiet dark comfortable well equipped... honestly that was such a great experience. The staff was very helpful too. They made bento boxes for us when we asked and helped with a delayed yamato luggage.

This is amazing journey with Milky house Inn. The inn is very close to Aunupuri nook, just need 2 mins walk. The dinner there is the best beef I have even taste (had talk with staff, chef is Italian, no wonder!), please don't miss that. Staff is very nice, drive us to a very beautiful local hot spring for free. The cafe house is wonderful, cozy and comfortable.

Breakfast was great and they provide an excellent shuttle service to the resort and to the train station. The restaurant being open is very convenient for those that do not have reservations. Sayuri and her team were extremely welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay!
