Absolutely amazing place. Staff unbelievable. Straight out the door and onto the mountain. View of Mt Yotei was sensational. I spent pretty much 2 days in my room soaking up the snow storm views and the changing light. My best hotel experience in Japan so far. All the staff bring a positive energy into everything they do.Best coffee so far in the cafe. Breakfast was a delight

Truly 5* facilities and service, excellent dinning but you can also cook a full meal in your suite as well, the ski shuttle was frequent and the envy to people staying elsewhere. I stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the onsen everyday, very nice atmosphere and design throughout the place

Everything was great! Hospitality , helpful staff, facilities! It’s so close to Grand Hirafu lifts. 5 minutes walk. And… breakfast and dinner. Just delicious! All this things made our stay excellent! It was a real pleasure!! Thank You!!

I came early season. The staff were awesome. They helped a lot with my travel to the mountain and actually went out of their way to drop me to a train station for me early departure. Location - in between the Ace and Long gondolas. Both 10 min walk max. Food v close. Room big and clean and washing machine inside. Honestly didn’t need anything more in my 5 night early season stay. I wanna come back!
