Staff were super friendly. Everything was perfect. Just what a weary traveller needed overnight. Great breakfast set me up refreshed for more travels. Loved this place. So clean and cute. They have nailed the set up. I Have already recommended it to family.

Staff were always friendly and helpful. Immaculately clean rooms and facilities. A few minutes walk to East exit of Shin-Osaka station. Convenience stores nearby.

Many thoughtful details along with a genuine dedication to sustainable practices. I came in out of a downpour to check in, was soaking wet and the thoughtful staff welcomed me with a towel to dry off first thing. Later, when I went out for food, staff directed me to where they keep the umbrellas for visitor use. The thoughtfulness didn't stop there... my room was detailed down to the crisply clean and pleated shower curtain. A choice of nine different kind pillows, pajamas and green tea helped make be feel right at home here.

The front door staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was very close to the station which was super convenient as we had an early train the next day. The room was large enough for our family of five and had plenty of amenities.
