We really enjoyed our stay at the Shin-Osaka Station hotel. We arrived earlier but we could keep our luggage in storage. Once our room was finished, the staff brought the luggage to our room while we were exploring the city. Very spacious rooms and delicious breakfast. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. All in all very recommendable! Thank you!

Many thoughtful details along with a genuine dedication to sustainable practices. I came in out of a downpour to check in, was soaking wet and the thoughtful staff welcomed me with a towel to dry off first thing. Later, when I went out for food, staff directed me to where they keep the umbrellas for visitor use.
The thoughtfulness didn't stop there... my room was detailed down to the crisply clean and pleated shower curtain. A choice of nine different kind pillows, pajamas and green tea helped make be feel right at home here.

Authentic Japanese house, a stone's throw from Shin-Osaka station. Perfect location, nice and quiet, but everywhere is conveniently accessible. Kids loved the traditional room with tatami mats and shogi. Air con was awesome, especially when returning at the end of a 40+° day!

The front door staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was very close to the station which was super convenient as we had an early train the next day. The room was large enough for our family of five and had plenty of amenities.
