Amazing hotel with outstanding service! We were here on our honeymoon and the staff at desk upgraded our stay and also left a very thoughtful celebration card & sweets in the room. Hotel rooms are of good size, well designed, had lots of storage, beds were soft and comfortable, and basic amenities were provided. Staff were nice and friendly, and even helped us book a transfer to Kansai International Airport. Lounge was gorgeous, the restaurant breakfast was delicious, and there was even a gym and common space for guests to hang (although we didn't get to use the gym and common space anymore). Hotel is also around an 8 - 10 minute walk to Osaka Station and there's a Family Mart and McDonald's just around the corner.

Amazing hotel with very efficient staff. We were upgraded at check in and had a beautiful view from our room. The location of the property is a little away from the train station but that’s a plus. The area overlooks a beautiful park and river view. The Osaka castle is walking distance and we loved the late night walk to the castle which is amazing! Would give Imperial 10/10 for that!
