The hotel is situated in a converted building (former department store), located 10 minutes from Namba station, close to shopping centres. The staff was very kind, the room was spacious and nicely decorated. It is a very convenient place for tourists, as they have a laundry self wash service and a lounge for cooking/eating/having free coffee. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The location is placed at a very convenient area, near entertainment center. Brand new hotel which serves best services, nice attitude from managers to staffs. They’re always looking for a way improvement, especially while we’ve stayed at 12F the guy who could speak very well at English, on beside of way carefully cleaning our room made us pleased, was guided us enthusiastic what to do and where to go around, really appreciate it. Staffs are very nice and friendly. The rooms are very clean. We can see the harbor and Tempozan Ferris Wheel from our rooms. The hotel is very close to Universal Studios and convenience stores.

Very nice apartment for our family, very clean and nice view of Osaka, especially at night. The check in process was very simple, we received clear instructions beforehand. Owner very prompt to answer any questions. Regarding transport nearby, the JR line stop Imamiya is an easy 5 minute walk from the apartment (very handy if you have a JR railpass since then you don't have to pay for the train) and it is then only 1 stop to JR Namba station, followed by a short walk to Dotonbori. Otherwise, you can also take the metro line stop, Daikokucho, which is a 10 minute walk, and connects to Shin-Osaka where the Shinkansen trains depart from. There is a 24 hour Lawson's right in front of the apartment, so very easy to pick up snacks, drinks and necessities.
