Very friendly and polite staff (we talked to 4 of them). Excellent service: Help with luggage transport, info on Osaka, the offer to transfer us to Shin-Osaka, ... No question was too much.
The room had everything you might need and was very quiet (even though the hotel is right next door to Dotonbori, which is of course a plus).

We like location, quality of property, cleanest, calmness, comfort, direct connection to the metro (remember to check your exit), available water/juice in room, breakfast, AC system which we regulate, bar at top floor. Staff was professional and impeccable! There is convenience store in the basement but also near by. Excellent value for money!

A quiet area, yet within walking distance of the main street.
It's difficult to find spacious hotels in Japan, but this one was spacious and satisfactory due to its friendly service. They were fluent in English and made efforts to provide information about various places. Highly recommend it.

The rooms are big and equipped with all you need to spend a confortable night. The location is very convenient, a short walking distance to the metro station. The host was very welcoming and nice. Just bear in mind the stairs to access the rooms if you are bringing a big luggage but the host helped us to carry them 😊
