Good hospitality, hotel staffs are extremely helpful and proactive. Given a complimentary ride to metro station and sending us to OCAT bus terminal early in the morning.
The hotel provides complimentary beverages which is a plus point and there is a pool table & massage chairs to relax after a long day.

The Osaka Kurumon market is just a stone's throw away with lots of convenience stores just round every corner. Mimaru itself provides free flow coffee every morning and evening. They even provide free flow of soft drinks from 3pm - 9pm everyday. The hotel also has a gym, ice machine and a vending machine situated on the 2nd floor. Whilst the hotel does not provide breakfast, this was not a problem as our room came with a perfectly equipped kitchen and microwave.

Mr Wang is the best host I’ve ever met. He goes well above and beyond to help his guests. My friend left belongings at the room after we had left the city. Mr Wang notified us and even posted the belongings to our next hotel destination. What a legend! Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in Osaka. Thank you Mr Wang!
