The house was spacious, well appointed and clean. The towels were changed daily. Our host was very kind and accommodating and we were able to check in earlier upon request. There were snacks, fruit and cold drinks when we arrived which was really nice since the day was really hot. The host provided useful advice on surroundings.
The location was convenient with two supermarkets only a 5-minute walk away as well as a large pharmacy. Convenience stores were close by as well with a choice of 7-eleven, Family Mart and Lawson. Shin-Osaka station and Nishinakajima-Minimigata station were only a 15-minute walk from the accommodation.
We really appreciated having a washing machine and dryer and we used the kitchen to prepare our breakfast each day. Lots of local restaurants in the area.
We would definitely come back and recommend it highly for families.

My favourite hotel during my stay in Japan so far. The room was clean and comfortable. We had good heating in the room. There was a really great onsen on the second floor which was free for guests staying >1 night. We ended up going to the onsen twice as it was so relaxing!

What a find! If you are arriving or leaving from Shin-Osaka this is so convenient. There is a massage chair in the room. Great view over the city. Lovely staff.
