Good location, next to Shinkansen station, very convenient to access to Midosuji line to travel around Osaka and nearby cities. The room was clean and spacious. Although it close to the railway system, the room was still quiet.

Excellent stay! Though a bit far far from station the shuttle bus is very convenient. We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn and would love to return back.
Only feedback would be variety in breakfast while there is good choices in breakfast it is practically the same every day. It got boring after Day3. I mean even the fruits don't change. It's pineapples and oranges. I was hoping to see some melons but nah. Also a live egg station would hv been nice but you can order you eggs. Also they hv some great stuff for vegans. The keema rice was awesome!

I like the location close to Shin-Osaka, and 2 convenience stores are around the corner. The room isn't spacious (for the Europeans) as most of the Japanese hotel rooms, but the bed is comfy and bathroom has all the amenities. As all of the APAs, this one is also a very clean hotel. I would recommend this hotel chain for short holiday trips or business trips like mine. The check-in and check-out is very fast and smooth.
