The views over Sapporo are stunning from every room in this hotel, whether it be from the bar, the breakfast lounge or indeed the bedrooms. Staff were exceptional - nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to remember our interests and plans, adding a personal touch to the service. As we were staying for several nights we opted to have the traditional Japanese breakfast, served in the Sky Restaurant, for one of our breakfasts. Staff were attentive in explaining every aspect of the meal and how the food was prepared. The location of the hotel in the tower over the station suited our transport plans in being conveniently close to both train and the hire car office that we used.

Stayed for 5 nights and It's definitely a home away from home. Very friendly, polite and accommodating staff. Very good breakfast. Service and experience was soo good that we booked an overnight stay at their Tokyo branch since our flight was moved the next day.
