The ambience feels opulent, which is very fitting for this historical hotel. The Old Imperial Bar is one of the nicest bars we’ve been to (such a nice dim relaxing ambience and great cocktails). The location is perfect to explore Ginza. The staff is one of the kindest and most hospitable we’ve come across on our stays.

Fantastic breakfast in a stylish restaurant on the ground floor — we also had dinner there and really enjoyed both the food and the service. The friendly ladies at the front desk helped us book a dinner reservation and gave great tips on places to visit.
Rooms are small but super stylish, incredibly clean, and we loved the tea selection in the room. Location is also very convenient.

It is very close to Tokyo Station. You can cross the road from the north exit of Marunouchi. It can also be reached from the basement of the station, but it seems that not easy to find for the first time. And with great view of Tokyo station from the window.

Absolutely loved the hotel. Clean, modern room with a lobby room equipped with coin wash machines, drinks and a nice layout. I feared that the room might be too small however for a couple with only one large suitcase it was totally manageable. Would definitely stay again!

We had a superb experience from start to finish. We were travelling with two teenage children. The staff at this hotel could not do enough to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. So nice to have people who want to help. They facilitated an early check for us after a very long flight which was so welcome . We stayed in a club room and would highly recommend as you can use the Club Lounge . Overall an amazing experience. The Hotel is stunning , has an amazing bar along with fantastic views from all over the Hotel common areas and Hotel rooms.
