Unbeatable location, style, cleanliness, shower, facilities. Overall the best bit was the location, 5 mins from station on a really useful line, loads of cafe and shops nearby.

Standard rooms seems to be of the standard Japanese size. Well decorated and works well. Located close to the train station. The self-service laundry option works well and is quite easy to use. The breakfast option has limited choice, but works well. You don't have the option to leave luggage, but for early check-in the hotel offers a locker option. Works well.

Breakfast was very good, it is in an excellent location, a short walk to Ebisu station, there are some great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The room is very modern. The facilities are good, and all the little extras really add up to make your stay enjoyable... there are even complimentary face masks (pampering) in the lobby. Staff were able to help us book local restaurants etc.

A studio room style stay in the Ebisu Neighbourhood. It is a great experience. The room is clean and spacious for 1 person and just nice for 2 persons.
Come with microwave, fridge, and a Conway water dispenser, suitable for few days stay. Will highly recommend friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ebisu. The apartment was close to Shibuya and a few minutes walk to the Train station. There were plenty of restaurants and shops to visit around the area. It was a very lively neighborhood and there weren’t a lot of tourists staying in the area so we were surrounded by locals which made our Japan holiday felt even more authentic :)
Cannot wait to go back again to Japan and stay in this apartment.
