The location is perfect - everything I could have ever asked for was within a 10 minute radius. Shibuya Parco, the station and crossing, even Mega Don Quixote! Family Mart next door too - the Fried Chicken is as good as they say! The staff were also beyond incredible. During my stay, my wallet went missing and was presumed stolen (although later found by a man who took it home to him in the countryside). During that time of stress and uncertainty, the staff were incredibly kind in allowing me to extend my stay until the wallet was returned, with the cash that I still had on hand. They even helped write messages for me to help update the police. I felt very safe and looked after by all the staff, which was not only incredibly helpful to me, but was a huge comfort to my family back home as well, especially given that this was my first solo trip overseas. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Shibuya. The location is perfect, as are the staff. Fresh bedding every day too!

The location, price, staff (oh my gosh, the staff, so kind and helpful), and cleanliness were all phenomenal. Before check-in and after check-out, I was able to leave my bags with the front desk, which was a great help. I also appreciated the laundry machines (there are only two, the cycles last a while, and they're password locked so you can't remove people's laundry if they're absent long after their cycle is done), but in a pinch they're great for giving smelly running clothes a wash+dry.

Situated in Tokyo, 400 metres from Hachiko Statue, The Millennials Shibuya is an adult only accommodation. The property has a terrace and rooms with free WiFi access.

The Shibuya Creston Hotel is an absolute hidden gem of a place to stay. It's very close to everything you could want to see and do in Shibuya, but just far enough away to be extremely quiet. I ate breakfast at Restaurant Nigoume in the hotel two days - the Western-style breakfast one day, and the Japanese-style breakfast another. Both were excellent. The staff was beyond friendly, and very accommodating to my non-Japanese-speaking self. I would definitely stay there again.
