Well placed, roughly five minutes from the main Ikebukuro station and within walking distance of Sunshine City. It’s on the Yamanote line too, so easy to get to major travel locations like Shibuya, Harajuku, etc.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, my group was three people and we had a good amount of space and were very comfortable. There’s cooking and entertainment facilities in the room, which was nice when we were tired and just wanted to relax in the evening. Of note — hotel rooms in Tokyo are notorious for being quite small and cramped, but the rooms at Mimaru are huge by comparison.
The staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Very clean and spacious, with very good storage! The neighborhood is very quiet, despite being so close to a very lively area. Different convenience stores in the immediate vicinity and plenty of good restaurants around. The metro station Ikebukuro is a 10 minutes walk away, which makes the location very convenient. The building is also very clean and safe. Definitely recommended!!
