An outstanding experience - spacious arrival area. Felt like we were the only ones at the hotel - meet and greet to the check in was super. The Junior corner suite was amazing - it was beyond expectation and every little touch was superb. Special surprise for my wife on her birthday, everything you want in a 5-star experience. Bath was lovely, bed comfy, touches were sublime and food was amazing - room service; breakfast; just lovely. Cannot understate the tremendous stay here.

Located in the heart of Shinjuku’s main street, there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was super clean and worth the money spent. The bed was indeed small, but we can’t complain about that since we knew it would be smaller in size.

The area is very central, close to one of the major train stations in Tokyo. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were equipped nicely. The rooms were kinda small, but that is okay considering you are only there to sleep anyway.

Staff was very very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, everything is nearby and you can reach everything easily. Cleanliness and hygiene was super. Room was also great, very nicely furnished and comfortable. Can really recommend the hotel! :)
