Although they disappointed me at first because they canceled my reservation without prior warning due to a mixup with my bank I must say the staff were incredibly helpI don’t think it was because of the misunderstanding I think that this is their way. An absolutely awesome space to kick back and relax. Room was huge and had everything you could need. Bathroom and shower was also very large and spacious. Location perfect for Haneda airport
