The level of privacy the room/apartment provided was great. The bunk beds for groups and family with privacy options. Clean facility. The kitchen utensils provided showed careful thought was put into planning. Presence of Karaoke machine. Provided some drinks and ice cream in the fridge. Staff were always willing to help. Even though there was a language barrier, you can see they dis whatever they could to understand and also communicate back to the customer.

It was a perfect stay. For four people with big luggage the size of the room was a great fit. We did not have any issues with moving around the room. The beds are extra comfy and the open space with the fully equipped kitchen is great for hanging out and having some snacks. The bathroom is spacious and we appreciated the separate shower from the 2 sinks and toilet. Everything is new and the self check-in was easy. Location was also convenient in Shinjuku not very far from the metro station.

The host goes above and beyond to help you. For example, we forgot a valuable item and he shipped it to our hotel in Kyoto. He also picked us up from the station and brought us back there at the end of our stay.
The property is in a quiet area, which is perfect for sleeping after an evening of liveliness in Shinjuku.
We stayed both in this room and in room 206.

Very nice and spacious studio with two comfortable beds, kitchenette, fridge, microwave a quiet air conditioning and full bathroom. The place was very quiet and clean, equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is a washing machine downstairs that comes with detergent and is free to use. There is also a drier in the basement. The studio is located 10 min walk from shinjuku station. Highly recommend .
