Staff was very helpful when i had troubles for my delayed luggage. they helped me contact the courier and assured that they'll call me if there are any news about it. Location of hotel was very nice, walking distance to Tokyo dome, which was very convenient during the eras tour.

The best thing was the location - a 2 minute walk to Jimbocho subway station and a 5 minute walk to Kudanshita subway station. Gives access to all the best subway lines, but also things like Imperial Palace and Yasukuni shrine are walkable. What was fantastic about the hotel was the room size compared to others in Japan, as well as the amenities and the service. The staff were lovely and the eco- friendly room service was perfect. The wi-fi was great, as were basic things like the fridge and kettle and everything I needed. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay and can't recommend it highly enough.
