Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as described and looked like the pictures Great tub and water pressure for shower. The in house washers and dryers were great as well - they have auto added soap and normally I can't do those because of smell sensitivity but this soap was unscented and didn't bother me.

First off, let me shout out Lana, who provided me with the most welcoming and pleasant service I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. She practically glowed with warmth, and was both very generous and patient. Talking to her felt like meeting an old friend. Thank you for everything Lana :) The location itself is incredibly accessible and conveniently located. We adored the style and design of the interior, very warm and tasteful, not to mention exceptionally clean. The lighting of both the exterior and interior is beautiful as well. Incredibly comfortable atmosphere overall and makes you want to spend more time there. We stayed in a King room and felt right at home, and in fact would have loved to move in!

it's a cozy home stay which you can treat like your small home in Japan for a short vacation trip. Just enough space for 2 person to stay, equipped with all necessaries including washing machine etc.. and it is very clean. quite convenient to go to train station and area nearby. had dinner just right outside the small road to house on first night, and it's local nice restaurant for a meal.

Location is great, short walk if take the Limousine Bus from Haneda to Sunshine City Terminal. Short walk to west Ikebukuro and Sunshine city. My wife left her gold ring during our stay and the host kindly kept it for week until we had time to pick it up.

Property was very spacious. We were able to lay out multiple luggages on the floor and still have a lot of space to walk around. There was an extra room in between the bedroom and living room that only had a crib in it. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a sofa and long dining table. Ikebukuro Station was 10-15 minutes away but the walk wasn’t bad at all. Many convenience stores, restaurants and shops nearby. Walking distance to sunshine city mall also. Staff was easy to get ahold of via messaging and quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Ikebukuro.

Overall very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and allowed me to deliver our luggage which he picked up himself and personally delivered, even though this is more of a rental apartment not a hotel with front desk services. We liked that it is in a quiet residential area and there are cheap supermarkets nearby. We also enjoyed using the kitchen and washing machine.
