Although we arrived late at night, the staff were still very friendly and helped us with everything. The room was immaculate and even came with a speaker, the lighting was modern and intuitive, and the toilet was amazing! I love the bidet and how it has a shower and a bath. The comfort levels were exceptional and the breakfast was delectable. I would definitely come here again.

Very nice, new and spacious room 8 minutes walk from the Yokohama station. Not much to do around because it is a business area but the hotel is really offering good quality for very fair price.

Everything in the place was 5-star staff was wondering. I would stay there again. I would recommend the hotel to everyone. The food was excellent. All of the staff was wonderful and respectful. Very helpful as well. The bathtub. In my room was large enough for me to lie down comfortably I'm 6 foot 6 inch

Totally perfect! Super spacious room, it listed as 23m but it was better than few 25m we’d stayed in, thanks to good planning. Quality towels and comfy bed. Well equipped gym. The hotel located in a central tower so you can have all you need without stepping out of the building if it rains (a bit pricey, but convenient). The parking lot is a bit high priced, but on the second night we could purchase 1500JPY ticket for 24 hours. You should check with the stuff on your arrival.
