The staff were really friendly and they tried to help you. I asked to change my room as it was not like the photos that I booked via booking.com and they accepted it. The hotel itself was a new hotel (one year old) so everything was perfect and clean. The view was really nice both from the room and also the view of the lobby! The breakfast was also good. Highly recommended.

Everything in the place was 5-star staff was wondering. I would stay there again. I would recommend the hotel to everyone. The food was excellent. All of the staff was wonderful and respectful. Very helpful as well. The bathtub. In my room was large enough for me to lie down comfortably I'm 6 foot 6 inch

Top notch. Friendly staffs and nice rooms. Equipped with most of the things which one need. Japanese beds are small. Hence for two Europeans, the might might feel bit too small. An access to Onsen was also provided during our stay. Though we were not able to use Onsen since we arrived late at night and left early in rhe morning. I will book this hotel for our stay again.

Christmas atmosphere and breakfast was great. Staff job requirement is to be friendly but the staff went out of their way to make sure you are happy with the service.

Very nice, new and spacious room 8 minutes walk from the Yokohama station. Not much to do around because it is a business area but the hotel is really offering good quality for very fair price.

beautiful and comfortable rooms. the breakfast was very good (it gets crowded when coming late but we didn’t wait that long to be seated). Mount Fuji view from the reception is amazing
