Staff service was great.location about 2km out of town was only drawback. Opposite the National museum which was great value. We had a room overlooking the pool which was pleasant.

The ambience of the hotel was just beautiful and the staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. Rooms were beautifully appointed and decorated with local fittings and artwork. The location was well located for getting to Angkor Wat yet still just a short ride to town. Mr Rama looked after us beautifully. Two lovely serene pools to swim in.

Big and spacious room with an extremely comfortable bed, staff that goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need-they even helped us book a last minute tour to Angkor Wat and packed us breakfast to go the next day because we had an early check out and would otherwise miss it. The pool is extremely clean with fresh towels available and the hotel food is delicious.
