The Prima Hotel is in a fantastic location in Jongno if you're a tourist. It was super close to the Insadong cultural area and walking distance from Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village and Cheongdeokgung Palace. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, helping us to book taxis and arrange a dinner reservation, and very understanding of our one-word Korean vocabulary (thank you). There was always someone on the desk who could help us in English. They even called our taxi when we left something behind in the lobby on our last day! Beds were comfortable, showers great, and there was a useful 24h coin-op laundry, and snack and vending machine. The cafe on site had coffees, pizza, fresh juice and mini pastries, a good option if you're after a very quick breakfast or evening meal and too tired to continue exploring! Also lots of art to look at in the public areas, so a nice ambience.

It was amazing! Honestly for dorms they were so private, the bed is sooo comfy and pretty big, place to store even big luggage. Everything is extremely clean and you get towels and sheets replaced everyday. Also the people staying are quiet and nice. The staff is sooo helpful and sweet! Furthermore I really enjoyed the breakfast. I actually stayed there a couple of times and will be back! Super recommended!! Plus it’s in an amazing area

All of the staff were so lovely. The location is central & easy to access from airport. My room was cozy and clean.Self check-in at 10pm was seamless. Kitchen and laundry facilities were great. Nice tea options.

I was traveling alone for visiting Seoul for the first time, and Sunbee was a really good choice. I stayed for 5 nights and think Sunbee is good for both short and long term stays. The location is perfect, the staff very helpful and nice. Was clean and spacious room. I also really enjoyed the big bathroom. I also liked that there’s a small cafe in the hotel - so was perfect for grabbing coffee first thing in the morning. Would stay again !!

The location was very well positioned. Right at the subway station. Room was very clean and comfortable. Had all the appropriate appliances. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. I thought it was a great place to stay at nice value in the heart of Seoul.
