Stunning hotel. Wonderful design. Very arty. Beautifully presented. Huge rooms with amazing views. We decided to spoil ourselves by booking The Fairmont and we felt spoiled. Wonderful roof top cocktail bar. Views of the river and other sky-scrappers, very dramatic. Loved my room. The shopping plaza connected to the hotel is very classy. We spent a lot of time there and not normally my thing.

I’ve stayed in this hotel several times and it never fails to live up to my expectations. The minute I checked in, all the staff were ready to help and made me feel so welcome. My most recent stay was the last week I was in Korea and they made me feel at home during a busy and emotional week. They also upgraded my room free of charge and always welcomed me with a smile. The hotel was very clean with excellent amenities and anything you could want was provided in the apartment. It’s designed so you can stay there for a long stay as it has a kitchen. The gym is also good with all the machines and weights you could need. When I return to Korea on business, I will stay here as it’s location is also good. I will recommend this place to family and friends.

Very cozy place with all the necessary amenities. Stylish interior, and nice things for leisure like a projector and a vinyl player. The host was very kind and polite. I really enjoyed my stay.

We stayed in a room with the kid’s tent and our daughter loved it! She didn’t want to leave 😅 The hotel staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast is amazing.

The hotel was newly open early December in 2025, everything is clean and looks new. (Except for the elevator which I think they might try to renovate in 2026, there’s a notice saying construction will start from Jan to April) The staff speaks perfect English and one even speaks Mandarin. The room has plenty of space. I love that it goes with LG steam closet. 3 minute walk from subway. 1 min walk from convenient store. Plenty of coffee shop around for early coffee. 1h 25m if you take arex and subway from Incheon Airport, no stairs no hills, it takes a bit time but quite convenient, I think.
