Excellent location close to the TV tower and with tons of restaurants nearby (uphill) in a charming setting. This place is rather large has everything one needs. The hosts are superfriendly (and somewhere nearby) and stock the apartment with all kinds of food (soups and snacks) free of charge. There was a second bedroom that I did not need but was good for storing the luggage

Very good location next to the train station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Very friendly owner that even shipped a forgotten item to a next address in Korea. Perfect instructions how to enter the place, etc - good communication.

I hadn't been to Seoul in nearly 20 years, and many areas were unfamiliar to me. The host proactively contacted me several times after I booked the room, providing a crystal-clear explanation of the hotel's location and the quickest way to get there. He even gave me a heads-up on the weather before arriving. His warm hospitality made my trip a perfect experience. The room was very clean, with two separate bedrooms and a bathroom, which was very convenient. There were also laundry facilities. Nearby are many authentic restaurants, two convenience stores, and an Olive Young. All my daily needs were taken care of.

A fantastic and cozy apartment in traditional style just around the corner from Seoul station, which connects with the airports, so a perfect location in Seoul downtown. It's equipped with a full kitchen in case you want to cook at home. Recommendable, however, is to grab something in the many street kitchens or to visit any of the excellent restaurants in the area.

This location is central. The place I stayed in overlooked the coming and going of trains, every kind, quite fun. The amenities are well provided. I used the laundry machine often since the summer days of Seoul were becoming stiflingly hot. On the B2 floor, I bought delicious sandwiches from Duncan Donut and Tous les Jours for breakfast. A Mac was available, too. The Seoul station was full of offerings, a humongous supermarket, restaurants, an outlet, and Five Guys Burger. Right outside the studio windows, the city landscape belonged to the still-to-be-developed parts of Seoul and appeared quaint, and the rooftops expanded along hilly slopes. Overall, this urban studio was so different from any other typical hotel or B&B arrangement. Compared with my many previous Seoul stays, it's definitely a place I will return to as the first choice for a visit.

The apartment is very well located and was very clean. It had all the amenities that we needed for our stay and the bed are comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows provided loads of sunlight. The host is very friendly, incredibly responsive; they even left us some welcome treats! I would absolutely rebook this apartment next time we are in Seoul.

All amenities were provided, everything from shampoo and body wash to phone charging cables, everything needed for a long stay. The place was clean and had lots of notes around in multiple languages to describe how to use items in the property. Washer and drier made things so much easier for us. Great communication with the host.

We love the spacious living room with a big smart TV, comfortable beds in both bedrooms, good communication with the host, well equipped kitchen (with an airfryer) that allowed us to prepare meals easily and the location which is near Noksapyeong station and Itaewon area.
