This hotel ticked all the boxes for me. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, true hospitality. They offered free pick up and drop off from the airport. The room looked exactly the same as photo. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and during my stay it was delivered to the room due to Ramadan. Considered the quality offered the hotel is great value.
The location in Salmiya is a little bit far from the city, but I think this area itself is interesting to explore and there are a lot of restaurant and shopping options. It’s also easy to go to the center with very frequent bus connections.

The hotel is super clean, lovely, and very well located. The receptionist Kim, was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very good and plentiful. The value for money was the best we found. We would definitely return.

this is my third time staying in the same hotel. I have visited Kuwait too many times, but I have never had the same experience staying in a hotel like a millennium; it always feels like staying at home. The customer service is amazing and very friendly as they never say no! They help as much as they can with a smile on their face. you call customer service and you hear them knocking on your door in less than 5 minutes! (what is better than that). the breakfast is good but can be better for the type of hotel, the restaurant is okay for its size and the live cooking station is amazing and well-known for its omelet.
