The property is absolutely breathtaking. Spotlessly clean and very tastefully designed and decorated. Manoji and her husband are exceptional hosts: Manoji’s thoughtfulness and care (and her cooking lessons!) made the space feel like home.
Highbury is a short tuktuk ride away from the Gallery Cafe and Geoffrey Bawa’s Residence (No. 11). Would definitely return to Highbury if I’m ever back in Colombo!

We had a lovely stay at this cozy, charming spot in the heart of Colombo! The ambiance was perfect, blending comfort and character that made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, especially Mr. Dissanayake, who took great care of us. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight—dinner was outstanding, and the cocktails were hands down the best. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Colombo!
