The staff were really friendly and supportive. They had an amazing hospitality by putting a welcome postcard and chocolate in our room and prepared our room for a calm and comfortable sleep. The hotel is super clean as well as the room. Bed was super comfortable and they have a small but nice and private spa with everything you need to relax.

The location of Hotel Pacai couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of Vilnius, we were able to explore the charming streets, historic sites, and vibrant culture with ease. Whether we were strolling through the Old Town or discovering hidden gems around every corner, the convenience of the hotel's central location made our stay even more enjoyable.
We can't recommend Hotel Pacai enough for its exceptional staff and prime location. It truly enhanced our Vilnius experience, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.
