Location, extremely friendly staff and really nice hotel. I think we got more than we paid for. They called the room to see that everything was ok approximately 10 min after arrival, which was nice.
I even got a birthday gift even if my birthday was two days ago.

Love this place! Truly recommend it! It's only a few minutes walking from the city traim station (literally only to cross the road). It's in the centre, so you can walk everywhere, but also 1min walk from bus stops. The staff is amazing, one of the most helpful and careful that I've seen - the guy helped since my check-in, including a personal guide to get to a place I'd go to leave the city at 2am. I'll definitely stay at Hotel Grey whenever I visit Luxembourg
