Great property in a nice and quiet residential area but the maintenance and cleanliness is lacking. The property consists of a house with 2 independent dwellings (ground floor and first floor) with separate entrances and 2 inner courtyards. It was not suitable for us as we wanted a 3 bedrooms property, but the division of this one meant separation of our party. The property has modern kitchens, artistic framed paintings, street-nouveau wallpapers and modern beds with sitting furniture. The communication with the owners, caretakers Driss and the cleaning lady was pleasant and efficient.

The apartment is well located, lovely decoration, great shower and comfy beds. Everything was new and impeccably clean. The most amazing breakfast was provided every morning, which we enjoyed outside on the terrace. Quiet and safe neighbourhood and very close to the market! The best hostel in Morocco that I've stayed at. Very clean, hot shower, comfortable beds. And it all looks very nice, modern, cosy. Beautiful view from the roof. The breakfast is absolutely top, very much Moroccan style - you get egg omelette, some pastries, tea and coffee. Also a very good atmosphere with a lot of surf people around.
