Anouar / Anwar .. is extremely helpful and went out of his way (remotely) to help from day one to the last day! The place is super clean. Can easily catch taxis outside etc. Cheap local food nearby and many other shops in the vicinity.

The room was exceptional, it exceeded my expectations. It was ample and very spacious. The breakfast was on another level and the breakfast staff made us feel welcome, like they were hosting a long-lost treasured relative. Don't get me started on the front desk staff, especially Jasmine and her Manager Samiya. They both went above and beyond to ensure I got the room I wanted and went out of their way to help us get checked into our room before the official check-in time, as we got to the hotel by 7 am and the official check-in time was 3 pm. Points also to the security team for your care , concern and prompt service when the alarm in my room suddenly went off for no reason. Thanks to Samiya and the hotel staff for the complimentary massage given to my daughter and me to make up for that minor inconvenience. No hotel has ever offered me a complimentary massage before because of an alarm going off. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. 10 / 10 across the board. I'll definitely be visiting again and would gladly recommend the hotel to everyone.

Everything was perfect, very attentive staff, clean rooms, new facilities, tasty breakfast, great location in the middle of everything you want to see in Casablanca.

Excellent hotel!!! Room very comfortable, great shower, wonderful breakfast buffet (mostly in Morocco it was rather limited so this was by far our best breakfast!). Parking VERY easy, you drive your car in front of the hotel and they take the key and park it for you, then bring it back when you leave! Center and mosque are a bit further but this is with all the hotels in Casablanca, we found it easy to park nearby every restaurant etc so no problem.

The Royal Mansour Casablanca, originally built in 1953 in the district designed by town planner Michel Ecochard, is an emblematic building of Casablanca.

Our one-bedroom apartment was outstanding, with panoramic views of the Atlantic, Hassan II Mosque, and the city skyline. The design and finishes were impeccable, spacious, and elegant. Our butler Yassine made the stay exceptional through flawless attention to detail and anticipation of every need. The apartment also featured a top-tier vinyl player with a collection of over 200 superbly curated LPs—an eclectic mix with strong Arab and African influences that made the experience unique. At reception, Imane and her team were consistently professional, attentive, and accommodating. Service across the hotel was at the highest level. Dining was another highlight; while every restaurant impressed, La Brasserie stood out as our favorite. The spa pool was equally remarkable. From arrival to departure, we felt completely at home. The Royal Mansour Casablanca delivered an experience of warmth, sophistication, and precision. Congratulations to Laurent, Director of the Hotel, for leading with such excellence.
