Ahmed and Abdelilah were absolute wonders. This father and son pair was the most supportive, caring, and calm couple of guys you could possible meet. Abdel got us situated on our first day, and even allowed us into our room to unload our things while we set out to an ATM to get more cash. He recommended a fantastic lunch spot for us just a quick walk away - Bab Ssour - which was one of our top eating experiences our entire trip. The room we stayed in was immaculate, absolutely gorgeous, and so sooo cozy. We travelled in late October, and with no heating it was a little chilly. However, there are plenty of excellent thick additional blankets in the wonderful included closet. Truly a dream, this Riad is located IN the medina itself. My husband went to Chefchaouen wanting a djellaba, for the chilly nights and hike up to the Spanish mosque, and literally outside of the Riad we found an incredible Souk selling them for a great price. Unfortunately we had to leave early on our last day, to drive out to Ouzoud falls, so we missed the breakfast. However, once Ahmed found out about this, he quickly whipped us up some incredible coffee and mint tea and insisted we did not leave without some food, or at least coffee/tea, in our bellies. Would HIGHLY recommend Riad Dadicilef!

It's more like a hotel than a Riad best I've stayed in so far whilst travelling around Morrocco, spotlessly clean everything is new Ottoman, on reception, advised on what to see and do to get the most out of my short stay there

Good location in old town and only few minutes from parking garage, but be aware - Chefchaouen is a mountain city so there will be some stairs! Beautiful riad, traditional but renewed, welcoming owners.

I had an excellent stay! I loved the welcoming and comfortable room I stayed in, with its "mezzanine" bed and resting area. All was new and functional. The location, in the heart of Chefchaouen, was great and I enjoyed walking around and seeing most of the recommended sights. It was quiet at night (yes, there is a mosque close by but this is Morroco!) and breakfast was delicious. Omar was very kind and helpful and ensured I was doing well all along my stay. This place is a little gem and I can't recommend it enough! Thank you very much

Our stay at this lovely hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was a dream – so comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of the main attractions. But one of the most memorable highlights was the refreshing and delicious homemade mint tea they offered us. It was the perfect welcome and such a lovely, personal touch.

My experience at Riad Palacio del Sol was simply wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by M. Barbara, who were attentive and caring throughout my stay. The beauty of the riad, with its traditional architecture and modern touches, immediately captured my heart. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. I especially appreciated the tranquility that reigns in this establishment—a true haven of peace after a day of exploring the vibrant city of Chefchaouen. Breakfast, served on the terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains, was a real treat. The fresh, local products were delicious, and it was a joy to start the day this way. Additionally, the riad is ideally located, making it easy to discover the colorful alleys of Chefchaouen. The staff was also incredibly helpful in pointing out the best places to visit and the restaurants to try. Amazing apartment with beautiful Arabic architecture right in the middle of the old medina, close to everything, with a beautiful rooftop overlooking the city - great place to watch sunrise / sunset. Very lovely people Nortin and Wafi, who told us anything we needed they would help us. Gave us advice on how much to pay for things, good recommendations, and also helped us to change the time of our bus ticket at the last minute. They went above and beyond!
