We had an amazing experience staying here. Francesco was incredibly hospitable and went out of his way to accommodate our big group, even being very generous with check-in and check-out times. The facilities in each apartment were fantastic – everything was spotless and really well-equipped. The location is perfect too, just a short walk to Spinola Bay and the clubs, making it ideal for a fun and easy trip. Would definitely recommend and we’re already looking to rebook!

Definitely a great hotel. Very friendly and responsible staff, the hotel is new and modern, clean. Cleaning is done every day 👍🏻 I liked this most: Style with a certain subtlety of design; Comfort and service at an excellent level; Hotel rooms are automated with one-click function; And just for me, I felt at home 👍🏼 Located in a good area, where there is a sea and many other entertainments nearby. Apartmant is even better than in the pictures. First of all, there are two bathrooms, not just one. There were also two big terraces and one small balcony. Apartmant got eveything we needed.

Really comfortable, convenient and clean. Walkable to St Julian’s. There is good public transport but we rented a car. Some great local cafes and a supermarket just round the corner. Owner was helpful and the place was immaculate. Would definitely stay again.

New built extremely spacious apartment furnished excellently, the amenities were above and beyond what anywhere else was offering for the price, most notably individual aircon units in each room, a full washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could ever need, and an en-suite with shower in the main room. The property features 2 balconies, a large one out the front and a smaller one out the back of the main room. When we arrived the key was in an easy to access lockbox, and the building has a lift to make getting up to the 3rd floor apartment easy. By far the best aspect was the value for money for this rental, if I had visited and someone told me they were paying 3x the rent we paid for the 10 days I would have believed them. The property managers were also exceptional, they went out of their way to let us in at 7am when one of our group lost the key, and even with me insisting to pay for the lost key they said it was no issue. If I could give this place more than a 10 rating I would.

Lots of space and well equipped apartment. Close to supermarket and bus stops. John and Davinia were excellent hosts and very helpful.

The apartment is great, it exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, comfortable and clean, it has everything you need. It is located in an ideal location and it is easy to reach all the main attractions. We also praise the host with whom we had excellent communication.
