The staff at Live Aqua were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to ensure guests have a positive experience. The resort itself is in a beautiful location and the beach on the resort as well as the pools were clean, comfortable and not too crowded.

I don’t remember in my life staying at a hotel with such a dedicated and competent team. May this message be passed on to all the staff. From the maintenance worker to the waiters in all the restaurants. We were greeted with a ‘good morning,’ a hand on the chest, and a smile the whole time. Everything worked wonderfully well.

Its a nice suite with everything you need and with great hosts. Great responsivess. Close to the clubs so it can be noisy but we didn't mind. I would recommend going to Isla Mujeres, much better vibe than Cancun.
