The hotel itself is amazing. The staff are friendly, they have an all you can eat candy shop for kids, the food was fabulous. They have an amazing entertainment team. The pool was warm, i think it was heated the kids loved it !

Room was very comfortable. Location was away from the tourist area and right next to a large shopping mall (there was a door from the hotel that led straight into the mall). As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe walking around the shopping mall and marina area. I had the breakfast twice and found the food choice excellent. There is an affiliated beach club so if you want beach and sea you can catch the free shuttle bus there which was very pleasant (the beach club, not the shuttle). The beach club access is also free, you just have to pay for food and drink when you are there. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Easy to order taxis through the front desk and desk is manned 24 hours. Moises in the Transport department was also very friendly and helpful. There is a tour desk if you want to book anything. Had dinner at one of the restaurants which was very pleasant.

We had the pleasure of staying in one of the apartments with a stunning panoramic view overlooking the harbor, the city skyline, and the golf course. The apartment was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and delivered exactly the kind of comfort you’d expect in this category.
What truly stood out was the level of service provided by the manager: he takes the time to handle every request personally and ensures that each concern is resolved to the highest standard with genuine care and attention to detail.
If you’re into golf, the course is definitely worth a visit - and guests are even offered a special rate. The location is quiet and exclusive, yet just minutes from the sea. For us, it was without a doubt the best choice in Cancún.
