Our stay at the Holiday Inn was excellent! We were treated so well by all of the staff! We were upgraded to a suite at no additional charge. What an amazing ocean view! You couldn’t ask for a better view! The day we checked out they also let us stay a few hours past check out time. Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Loved the pool deck. Easy access to the beach was also a plus. The staff were very helpful and for us who have limited ability with the Spanish language it was so nice to find there were staff we could converse with and be understood. The maintenance staff were readily available and were able to resolve issues immediately.

We can always depend on this lovely place. The rooms are very clean with very nice linens. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. We stay there twice a year as we drive back and forth to Mexico. Parking is a bit of an issue, but wouldn't keep us from staying there.

We did not have running water, took forever to have someone accommodate us. Even then it was a huge inconvenience to shower in another room!!
