Marvellous hotel! New building, nice, comfortable and well-equipped apartment, cleaned every day, polite and helpful staff, reception 24h, free available underground garage to safely keep the car. No doubt I will return if I only get a chance!

Casarte is a design hotel, a hidden gem in Playa del Carmen! We stayed in the master suite which was beautifully decorated, with unique objects from all over the world and a very pretty bathroom.
The hotel is located very close to all the restaurants, bars and only a few minutes from the beautiful beaches. The staff at Casarte were very welcoming and made our stay truly special. The hotel is adults only (I suppose because of all the unique furniture and interior design details), which was great, so we could relax in a calm and peaceful atmosphere. In general it felt like home from home. We will definitely come back!

Location Was suoer.! Close to town, beach , ferry, collectivo., Supermarkt. The apartment was big enough for 2 people, comfortably. We liked being on 2nd floor because we didn't have to use the elevator. Bed was very comfortable, good pillows.

The appartament is really really really beautiful, so modern, the color inside are perfect, everything look brand new. We was so happy with the appartament. Huge fridge modern, huge television with Netflix already log in, bathroom perfect working , a wonderfull perfume in all the appartament, e strong but quiet AC.
The manager was always answering really fast, he provide us everything, he also gave us chair and umbrella for the beach.
The position is near the main road, very safe place , around full of restaurant and bar
