Excellent hotel, the personnel is super friendly, the beach is great, and a great variety of drinks is available in the room. Value is great.

The location is excellent, in the quiet, gated community of Playacar. The property is located directly on the beach and is a 15-20 minute leisurely walk to el Centro. We felt completely safe walking to and from dinner in the evenings as you are on a private road until you reach "downtown". The beachfront of the hotel has not yet given way to the erosion which has occurred at many nearby hotels. You can wade in the crystal clear water, and walk up and down the beach for kilometers. The small restaurant (with a beautiful view of the ocean), serves a buffet breakfast with a variety of options and an egg/omelet station. There is also a beachside snack bar which opens at noon. (The guacamole and picco de gallo were an absolute favorite). We did not take the all inclusive package, preferring to have dinners in town. That being said, be mindful, the prices, especially the cocktails are pricey. We would likely pick up wine/ alcohol / snacks at a convenience store and bring our own to the beach next time. We stayed in a privately owned room 344A, which offers a spectacular ocean view. The other room 344B does not offer the same view ( as mentioned in the description). Monika, the host, was absolutely charming. We had pre-arranged for her to pick us up at the airport (avoiding the hassle of airport taxis), and she drove us back. She also generously allowed us a very late checkout (for free)since she had no one checking in that day and our flight was at 20:30, that gave us a whole extra day at the beach. Upon arrival she explained that we have access to all the hotel amenities, but if we need something specific for the room, we can contact her (she and husband live in the unit just below). The WIFI is excellent and is accessible on the beach ( a first for us ). Monika was very eager to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Good location, on the beachfront. Free car parking, easy to walk to Quinta Avenida area with many restaurants and shops. Quiet and clean pool area with a bar and plenty of sunloungers. The apartment was spacious, clean and had good WiFi.

This was the best holiday experience we all have ever encountered. The apartment was excellent, the resort was spectacularly stunning, the staff were the kindest welcoming people ever. The beach was so well maintained. Vasaca really was an amazing company to deal with. I will be returning as soon as I have the funds to go back. Strongly recommend booking this fantastic apartment you will not be disappointed. Thank you all who made our stay so incredible xx

We absolutely loved this resort. The facilities are great, the service is excellent, the food is tasty and its just overall beautiful. Daily and nightly entertainment was great too. We are so glad we ended our trip to Mexico with a super relaxing and luxurious week here.

Everything! I absolutely *loved* this hotel - I was a bit apprehensive about staying in the middle of party-land, but this is an oasis of calm and comfort! I had a room facing the garden at the back and the auxiliary patio doors kept out the noise at night. Lovely touches in the room - drinking glasses upside down with tissue paper to keep the edges clean, shower curtain finished off with blue ribbon and flower insert, excellent wifi... just a superb room and hotel. You have to carry your cases up the stairs (but staff did insist on offering to bring them up for me) Breakfast is simple (then again I do eat a lot, so it's probably fine for everyone else) Clean bedding, comfy bed, excellent shower and fully stocked with toiletries.
