Beautiful views (like a postcard) spacious rooms. The location was a lovely neighbourhood, not too far from the Malecon. Lots of stairs and no elevators which was ok for us but not so good for someone with mobility issues.

Room Raphael: Imagine waking up and watching the ocean from your bed (a very comfortable bed with the smoothest sheets). Then you start the day with your yoga routine from the enormous private terrace overlooking the beach. Just a few steps up and you are served an abundant breakfast a la carte by Eric or Giovanni who are always and discreetly available for all your whims (a cocktail by the beach? sunshade and chairs right by the water? get ready to be spoiled). You then have the hard choice between spending the morning at the beach right outside the magnificent historic building that the infrequent passers-by stare at in awe, or hanging out by the small pool with a magnificent view of the waves crushing into the rocks, or just leave the cozy nest in search of adventures both north (el Malecon de Puerto Vallarta, playa Amapas, playa los Muertos, Islas Marietas etc.) and south (Boca de Tomatlan, Jardin Botanico, Los Arcos de Mismaloya). Either way, you will always want to be home by sunset that you can admire from the rooftop common terrace. You will feel safe thanks to the discreet Security guard monitoring the area and will enjoy fireworks most nights from the comfort of your own private space. Wow what a view! The room was absolutely enormous, which was a real treat. Beds were large and very comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious, great for two women trying to get ready at the same time! The staff certainly goes above and beyond to ensure you're happy, comfortable, and feel at home. They are super professional. Breakfast included was great, and service at breakfast was also excellent. The rooftop deck and pool are absolutely stunning, WOW. We spent almost all our time up there.

We had the hotel for ourselves, we could enjoy the pool and jacuzzi to the fullest and had the staff's full attention. Kids are not allowed (unless you book the whole hotel) so we could relax for our entire stay. The staff is very kind and professional. Food and drinks are good. Prices are reasonable for a hotel. The view is magnificient and unobstructed. Very highly recommended!

What a wonderful welcome to this amazing hotel. All these beautiful young ladies at reception waiting to offer you a drink on arrival and allocate you your room. I had a room with a partial sea view it was something else not only could I see half the bay I could see the city and the mountains 180 degree view! Absolutely breathtaking! The hotel is on the beach, close to restaurants, shopping centres and local buses. The pool has a bar on the rooftop, from there the views are 360 degrees of everything, it is stunning. Plus there is a restaurant onsite. The hotel is very environmentally friendly with hot & cold water refill stations on every floor. The staff are super helpful, very friendly and offer excellent customer service. Even assisting me with my flight check in.
