Lovely boutique hotel right by the cathedral and the Malecon. Lots of amenities in walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff; modern, spacious and very clean room. They offer very budget friendly breakfast on the top floor as well.

Everything about this place is amazing! Our initial accommodation was a disaster so we were amazed when we were able to book and check in at Tres Marias within 20 minutes of contacting the property. The location is superb - close by to various bars, stores and the beach, but at the same time the property is tucked in a quiet area. The rooftop pool is stunning as well as the overall service and staff - we always felt welcome and all our requests were quickly satisfied, be it renting beach chairs and parasols from the property (at no cost) or changing rooms due to street noise on side of the property. All in all, we highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Puerto Vallarta.

It is the BEST place.
Clean/ near everything/ nice helpful staff/activities every day.
The manager Dave even help me out with a situation which i dearly appreciate.
The Best breakfast eggs/ juice /fruits/Nutela/ peanuts butter coffee all .
