This unit has amazing views, gym, pools, location near great shopping and absolutely safe, private and quiet. The kitchen and bath are well stocked. The linens are pretty and new. The condo was immaculate!

I liked the modern apartments, with all possible amenities, the owner of the apartments took care of all the amenities that are possible for a comfortable time, a fantastic beautiful view from the apartments to the ocean 🫶

The place is nothing fancy, but you're not paying luxury prices. It's good value. Lots of beds for everyone, so no problems with space. It was nice having the whole house to ourselves. We had the kitchen if we wanted to make our own food. The location was great - good access to the beach (about 15 minutes), food options around, and Walmart or other stores for supplies. A few things needed attention, but the owner came the next morning to take care of things (e.g. lighting the hot water tank, hand towels for bathrooms, etc.). Again, not super luxurious, but comfortable and affordable.

LOCATION WAS GREAT. WE WERE GREETED UPON ARRIVAL BY MAGLIA , NOT SURE IF SPELLED CORRECTLY. VERY NICE YOUNG LADY WHO HELPED US DURING MY STAY. POOL ATTENDANT ENRIQUE WAS GREAT ALSO. SAT IN HIS AREA EVERY DAY. VERY FRIENDLY. FOOD IN POOL AREA VERY AFFORDABLE AND TWO FOR ONE HAPPY HOUR WAS WINNING!!

Both the bathrooms had black mold around the sinks and in the shower enclosure, the shower drains in both bathrooms drained very slowly, the kitchen sink was dirty around the taps, all this when we moved in.
