It was clean, quiet, and private. It had a wonderful rooftop to see the sunset and spacious rooms with kitchen facilities. The staff were very helpful and friendly and gave great recommendations! Really reasonably priced…a great find….we biked down to the beach and also were able to walk to bars and restaurants in Tulum easily.

Everything and the host is such a nice person. One of the best values for money I ever got and I been around the world. It felt like they have thought about everything you need when traveling. The garden was really nice and pretty.

We loved una Vida, it is a paceful oasis close to downtown. The staff has been nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well decorated inspired by nature and earthy elements.

The owner is french - like us, it was really nice talking with him. He gave us a map our the recommended restaurants and cenotes nearby. They had some cats, lovely dogs, and even an opossum ? The swimming pool was really nice, we took a lot of bathes in it and were always alone. And the breakfast was also really good.
