We did like absolutely everything! Great spacious apartment, cool design, very clean and great equipment - eg two AC units (one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom) to maintain nice temperature.
The location is in the centre, but still quite enough for a good sleep. We felt absolutely safe in the area.
Would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can't say enough good things about it. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beautiful atmosphere and environment that this establishment exudes. First and foremost, the staff deserves a standing ovation. They were not only extremely friendly but also incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether I had questions about the local area or needed assistance with anything in the hotel, they were always there with a smile.
The room I stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. It was not only beautiful but also stylish and impeccably clean. It was complete with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. From the cozy bedding to the well-appointed bathroom, every detail was carefully considered.
The pool area was always spotlessly clean and provided the perfect oasis for relaxation.

Staff were super helpful and accessible (especially Daniela and Artie) - able to WhatsApp with any questions, could recommend restaurants, transport, cenotes etc. The restaurant was excellent and the free bikes were amazing!

the best place I’ve been in tulum pueblo. booked the private room with bathroom which was
spacious, fresh and very comfortable bed.
communal areas such as kitchen and swimming pool are well maintained and gray to chill and cook.
close to AKI supermarket and colectivos to go to the beach area.
the bar has great atmosphere Tomas and other staff members are really lovely and professional.
the place is quiet at night not a party hostel but keeps the hostel vibe making easy to connect with other guests staying here.

a real gem of a place beautiful clean pool..breakfast was good but a little too much the same each day..the owner and staff very friendly and helpful..this place is like home with dogs cats bees and chickens..the best part for me was there was ample hot water for my must have showers

The lady on the reception was very helpful, she gave us a lot of tips&tricks for Tulum. The location is great, in the heart of city center. The hotel has big rooftop teracce with nice view where you can grab a beer and spend some time. We liked the equipment of the room and really appreciate coffee machine!! Highly recommend this place.
