The rooms were incredible and very clean, I loved all the extra facilities (pool, games room, fitness centre) and almost wish we'd spend less time exploring Malaysia to spend more time exploring the hotel! Strategic location for me as I’m having examination at UM. Closed to LRT and KL Gateway mall. Fast and smooth check-in process( need to arrive 30-60 minutes earlier) for them to arrange key delivery via Lalamove. Otherwise, need prepare drinking water earlier as high price at 7E at lobby. Easy to order grabfood(just go to G floor) and walk towards the unit entrance. Kids swimming pool also available and not much crowded. Mesmerizing interior design. Need to upgrade sofa at living area.
