Location ( near our independence square/stadium) , second tallest buildings in the world , friendly staff, room at 101 floors, swimming pool at 99th floor, great view from every corner of the hotel, huge room with full amenities, great people working at this hotel, great food, really glad to stay on August 08 because it was the hotel first night to accept guests plus August is my birthday, plus so close to other tourist attractions. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Will plan to visit again.

The pool was amazing with beautiful city views The room was very clean and comfortable. Room view also beautiful. Location was excellent 2 minutes walking distance pavilion mall , 5 minutes walking distance TRX mall and 15 minutes walking distance KLCC lots off restaurant the same place .

I had a very comfortable stay at The Roberstson family suite. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials like Wi-Fi, toiletries, and a kettle. The bed was cozy and I managed to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and had strong water pressure, which I really appreciated.
The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The only minor downside was a bit of noise from the hallway at night, but overall it didn’t affect my rest too much.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience and good value for money. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting

We had a fantastic experience overall, especially for anyone wanting to explore the heart of KL, as the apartment is just a short walk to Pavilion Mall, Jalan Alor food street, and multiple MRT stations and the unit itself was modern, clean, and comfortable with a well equipped kitchenette, great air conditioning and strong WiFi, while the building had solid facilities like a rooftop pool with a skyline view and a small but functional gym.
