The room was very clean and comfortable the pool and gmy was amazing with nice city view . Staff very friendly .Great Location 2 minutes walking distance pavilion shopping mall , 5 minutes walking distance TRX shopping mall and 15 minutes walking distance Klcc easy to find everything heart ❤️ of Kuala Lumpur

Everything about the residence was excellent. It was a shame we didn't get a chance to try the rooftop pool. Otherwise a great experience. The host even allowed us to extend a d checkout at 1.00pm.

Location ( near our independence square/stadium) , second tallest buildings in the world , friendly staff, room at 101 floors, swimming pool at 99th floor, great view from every corner of the hotel, huge room with full amenities, great people working at this hotel, great food, really glad to stay on August 08 because it was the hotel first night to accept guests plus August is my birthday, plus so close to other tourist attractions. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Will plan to visit again.

The hotel was beautiful,with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The exceptional customer service at the hotel impressed me. The Staff at the hotel are fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. The hotel was in a prime location, close to all the major attraction. Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The best stay ever.

I had a very comfortable stay at The Roberstson family suite. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials like Wi-Fi, toiletries, and a kettle. The bed was cozy and I managed to get a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless and had strong water pressure, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The only minor downside was a bit of noise from the hallway at night, but overall it didn’t affect my rest too much. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and good value for money. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting
